EEBDA 2024 only accepts registration fee in USD or RMB. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Hotel page.

The conference registration fee is listed as below:

Student Author (Non-IEEE Member)	450 USD/3,000 RMB
Student Author (IEEE Member)	400 USD/2,800 RMB
Keynote Speaker	Free
Presentation Only	200 USD/1,300 RMB
Listener Only	200 USD/1,300 RMB
Additional Charge (more than 6 pages)	50 USD/300 RMB per page (maximum 6 pages)

Note:

1) Each paid registration covers only one paper.
2) One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
3) At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4) Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Payment:

All the payment can be made through PayPal .

Refund:

The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference.
